Our Services

Nashua Ambulatory Surgical Center (NASC) is licensed by the State of New Hampshire and Medicare deemed status by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We are a multi-specialty surgery center and we provide the highest quality of care. NASC has 2 major operating suites fully equipped with the latest operating room technology.

ORTHOPEDICS &
SPORTS MEDICINE

Arthroscopy and open procedures of the knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow and hip; fracture and tendon repairs; foot surgery; Achilles tendon repair; hand surgery including carpal tunnel release and trigger finger surgery.

OPHTHALMOLOGY

The NASC Eye Institute is home to the top Ophthalmologists in the area. We are proud to operated a state-of-the-art facility and perform outpatient eye procedures on patients of all ages.

PLASTIC SURGERY

Excision of lesions, rhinoplasty (nose), blepharoplasty (eyelid), rhytidectomy (facelift), liposuction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast augmentation and reduction.

PODIATRY

Bunionectomy and hammertoe repair.

Billing & Insurance

NASC will bill your insurance company or the responsible party for your services separately from your surgeon, the anesthesiologist (if required for your surgery), and pathology or laboratory charges, if a specimen or sample was taken.

You will be billed for any amount determined to be your responsibility, such as deductibles and co-pays. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. To ensure proper filing of claims, please bring valid insurance cards with you on the date of surgery.

INSURANCE
INFORMATION

NASC proudly accepts all major insurance carriers, including Medicare.

It is the patient’s responsibility to satisfy the conditions of your insurance plan; therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to confirm benefits and any requirements prior to surgery (such as pre-authorization). It is the patient’s responsibility to verify that your insurance plan covers our facility services.

NON-COVERED
SERVICES

NASC cannot be held responsible for claims denied for failure to meet specific requirements on your behalf. Patients undergoing cosmetic procedures, or patients who are undergoing “non-covered services” (as determined by your insurance carrier) must pre-pay in full by making arrangements with our billing department. Cash, major credit cards, and cashiers checks are accepted, however payment cannot be made by personal check.
